The Complete Mobile Bar Solution

Alcohol Licence

Temporary Event Notice

Unless the venue where you are holding your event has a premises licence which includes the sale of alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice must be obtained for your event. However you need not worry about this. Once we have received your booking form, we will complete the appropriate paperwork and will apply to the licensing authority for a Temporary Event Notice. There is a charge of £25 for this application

In the unlikely event that a licence is not granted, we will notify you immediately and will refund any fees you have paid us (excluding the £25 for the application)

Please Note - We require a minimum of 21 days notice to apply for the licence,

Premises Licence

If the venue where the event is being held already has a premises licence that includes the sale of alcohol, then a Temporary Event Notice is not required.

Under the licensing act 2003, any venue that has a premises licence must also have a Designated Premises Supervisor. This person must hold a Personal License and this is the person who authorises the sale of alcohol on the premises.

If you are looking to obtain a Premises Licence for your venue so that you can hold many events that include the sale of alcohol, then Grapevine Bars can help. We will gladly be the provider of your entire mobile bar requirements. As we have several staff that hold personal licenses we can be the Designated Premises Supervisor for your premises.
